Big Sisters

We are very excited to announce that Lily and Sadie are both going to be big sisters! Baby Staal #3 will arrive sometime on or around October 11, 2009. I'll try to answer some of the inevitable questions:
Do we hope for a boy this time? We think it would be great to have a boy but we would be just as excited to have another girl.
Are we going to find out the gender? Nope, not this time. We really liked being surprised better.
How are you feeling? I'm starting to feel a little better this week. I have been pretty sick so I'm glad to be almost done with that part.
How far along are you? 11 weeks. I had my doctors appointment today and she said everything looked great and right on for the due date. (For us that is a surprise.....I have always had to have an ultrasound to figure out how far along I am). I was also able to hear the little heart beat today, which is one of the coolest sounds ever.
How far apart will Sadie and the baby be? 22 months, the same as Lily and Sadie.

If you have other questions I'd be happy to answer them, these are just a couple that I've been asked recently :) Lily is very excited to have a baby brother or sister. For about a week she would ask me if the baby was coming today, but that has stopped now. She is playing with her baby dolls more now and is even showing more interest in Sadie, so I think that is a good thing. Sadie has no idea what is going on, but she is enjoying the extra attention from Lily.
