Christmas Ornaments

The girls and I spent yesterday morning making Christmas ornaments. I made some dough out of flour, salt, and water and then added some food coloring. Then we rolled out the dough and used cookie cutters to make shapes. We made stars, snowmen, Christmas trees, bells, and trains. Then we baked them to harden them.

I let Sadie and Lily color them with markers and then we put some glitter on them. Lily had a lot of fun making them.......

.......but Sadie was a little disappointed because she thought they were cookies and I wouldn't let her eat them.

This is Sadie's Christmas tree ornament hanging on the tree (she had a little help with the glitter).
